We provide one month warranty on all products sold store wide. In the event that an item is delivered with a damaged or missing part, an exchange will be done upon notice within this one month period.
For items that malfunctions from use during this one month period, an inspection will be made by a company representative. If there is no signs of damages due to misuse of the item, the device will be repaired or replaced by Marxx Group.
However, if there is any signs of damage due to misuse of the item or if the one month warranty period passes, Marxx Group is NOT liable, and the item will be repaired at the customer’s expenses.
Returns or exchanges are allowed for items in perfect condition within one month from the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies.
